The start of the first race saw Paul Martin and Russ swapping the lead twice on the first lap before Paul executed a huge highside which brought out the red flag.
The re-start saw Russ hit the front on the first lap and lead the first nine laps, until Paul Hinton slipped into the lead with 2 corners to go, taking the win by 0.186s. Still a top result for Inzane - narrowly missing the first biofuel win on only its third outing, on a bike that is still getting faster.

( 3 / 2074 )Russell Joyner riding for Team Inzane Laverda, took his biofuel powered Laverda 650 Formula to three third places at the Mallory Park round of the UK national MiniTwins Championship over the Bank Holiday weekend.
The bike, which has only raced once before since its conversion to the renewable alcohol fuel ran faultlessly and Russell qualified on the front row before putting in some very competitive race performances.
